Pam Johnson of Texas Saltwater Fishing Magazine wearing proper sun protection. We didn't know any better in the early years. Now we do.

This was last Jan. 31st,  and typical for winter, redfish like this one were bountiful. It was the 3rd day after a strong norther and several schools pulled up shallow to wallow in the sun. Most came on soft plastics. color didn't seem to matter but the retrieve did. If you weren't bumping the bottom you wouldn't know a fish was there. We stayed busy for about 4 hours...fun trip!
