Our Lubbock boys return! ( See the Article "Billy Bob Goes to the Coast", archived in Texas Saltwater Fishing Magazine on-line)

Phil Garcia brought everybody back down again for the third year, but unfortunately it was the first day after the big freeze. Even so, with gloves and beanies on we went, and the reds were the first to recover. This is day two and some great reds pulled up towards dark. We had non-stop action for about two hours on tails and these guys took many half shells and throats home for a West Texas treat. Pictured is Michael Petty with two solid brutes. We also ate great each night as 'Corn Bob" brought down some excellent ears  for the pit...right next to a bunch of thick steaks & sausage. Of course Capt. Tricia's toppings had little to do with it...

I tried to salvage this picture just for memories sake. The quality was poor but the experience sure wasn't.  There were 5 men here but the fish count is over the limit. We were in the middle of cleaning them and Capt Tricia had some laying on the table as well.
