Josef Gordon makes a good stick with a Catch 2000 Jr.

Higher water was moving into the bay, and we could see that something was harassing bait in the entrance to a small gut leading back to some flooded marsh.  He floated a gold Catch 2000 Jr. with the current, gave it a couple of twitches, and this is what came back.

This was Joseph's personal best, a healthy thick bodied specimen strapping just over 28-3/4"....AND, he did it the sporting way.

These fish are starting to put on some serious weight, and we can look forward to having more opportunities like this as we go more towards fall.

(Can't wait for winter though)

Good job Mr. Sniper Man.
